Pot holes need filling. There is a light post that fell weeks ago and I reported twice. Apartment management still has not had it moved . It's right beside my apartment. People here keep putting trash on ground and not in dumpster. Illegal activity here....illegal dumping from surrounding areas. There is material to fil potholes but no one in maintenance will do it. BEWARE
Constantly experienced SPIDERS And TARANTULAS INSIDE MY APARTMENT, they were also outside in the grass, I have toddler children and a pet and could no longer reside there and was not on government assistance to deal with that, paying full rent price. NOT WORTH IT
Apartments are decent and close to the Civic Center. Could use a bit of updating but overall not a bad place to live.
Rentors are quick to repair when notified. Decent price for a decent place to live. -1 ⭐ for uneven flooring
I lived here for 11 years and want to go back but sadly I can't 😕😕
