Casa Saldana Apartments

This place is DISGUSTING don’t waste your time. It’s infested with roaches. My son and I used to live there but we only lasted the year because we were constantly sick. I requested pest control several times but the two times they did go, all they did was spray and put tiny bits of bait. It was useless. The picture of the bowl of water was left on the sink OVERNIGHT. It was that bad. ALSO, the downstairs neighbor was horrible. Constantly watering the grass because he would feed the street cats and they just pooped and peed and the smell of that combined with the moldy grass was horrendous. The cats would have fleas and they would bite my son and I so we were never outside. The cats would pee along the stairway and going in and out of the apartment was so gross I was too embarrassed to have

Do not move here , especially if you have kids , .these apartments have rats & are infested with roaches . the front office doesn't care

Barely have lived here 3 months and I am ready to move out! At 1st it was great, but a long came some "neighbors" and everything went downhill on the quicks! Front office is a joke to be polite, when they side with the people who are making this place look ghetto and not worth it anymore. That's when it's time to move out! I had to install security cameras for my protection and thank God I did, because I was able to prove my point as to the property manager in the front office showing favoritism and taking sides. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy is what I can say about the property manager! If you're thinking about moving here, don't do it! From day one I had a problem with roaches and mice! We have lived here for 12 years, staff has always been polite.Even though the apartments are aging they still keep up with maintenance and in very good conditions. The property looks nice! I love living here! Thank you for the office staff and maintenance staff! Keep up the good work!

I'm going to keep on posting Bad Reviews. This people have mold in there apartments. I could not breath in the night. There was black mold in the Ac unit n we would clean it n it came back. I was forced to move not by choice but for health reasons. N they had the odesesity to put me n my Son n Daughter in law in bad Credit. It has effected our credit. N they continue to have us in bD credit. Because we chose to move out of this awful unattended apartment s.. I Believe we need to do something about. The manager there,does not care at all I tried to call to get a money order that proves I paid my rent for the month only stayed for 1 week n was forced to get another place, forced to pay rent twice, because according to them they could not get no one to fix the place, they said because covid
