Melia Homes

I was very disappointed with my experience at Melia Homes, specifically the Townes in Orange community in Anaheim. My agent was informed that the floor plan I was interested in was available for viewing, but when I arrived, the sales representative was unable to access the property with the key provided. As a result, we were unable to see the home, which wasted both our time and energy. If availability had changed, I would have expected my agent to be notified in advance. This kind of miscommunication reflects poorly on the professionalism of the team and leaves a negative impression.
