We could not have had a better experience with Joe Wonio! He was very communicative, flexible and super down to earth. He answered all of our questions and found us the perfect space for our needs! I am shocked to see all the negative reviews on here because that has not at all been my experience even when I bought my house with a realtor with Mel Foster! I would I would highly recommend them!

I don’t even understand why their signs are on property. I see this broker name “Thad “ called him 3 times and left voicemail .. NO Reply. Other guys see my message and they don’t even bother to rely. Worst people and company to Deal with. So unprofessional. Definitely don’t deserve to be brokerage company

total cheater, while showing appliances are there in house, but will skip mentioning few in contract and then on closing will tell u , contract dint had so seller took it... very cheap technique...

I've rented from them for 2 years. They have been wonderful and quick to fix any maintenance issues.
