I had a horrible experience. Ending up losing $8,000, plus appraisal and home inspection with realtor Nathan Radcliff. Put down-payment with promise of a great house. Decided not to buy the house because of roof. After our home inspector didn't pass the roof that is a 6 years old, our inspector notice over100 bold spot showing fiber glass. Realtor kept pushing us saying roof is good hired someone that criticized the person we hired. We signed a couple extensions to fix the matter, never happened. We were told the date to cancel contract was denied because my wife didn't signed hers. Can you believe? It was a mess. Roller coster of emotions. Very pushy, greed, disrespectful with client. Stay away.

I've only had great experiences with Medway Realty. I bought 2 properties with the help of Andrew Clark and his team. Both transactions were very smooth. Andrew coordinated every step of the project, kept me informed, and ensured all deadlines were met. He's professional, knows the local market very well and he is a very good negotiator. He always gave me the time and attention I needed. I don't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends in need of an expert real estate broker.

We recently used Medway Realty to sell my mother's house, and it was a GREAT experience! Our agent (Angelina Fenina) expertly guided us through the process from beginning to end, giving us advice on preparing the property for sale, staging the house for potential buyers (she made it look amazing!), and then through the negotiations and assorted details with the buyer. Angelina was super responsive, incredibly helpful, and made the whole process easy and painless. We also sold the house for more than list price, which I believe is a direct result of the work she did in prep and staging. If I ever have to sell or buy a house again, I will absolutely use Medway Realty. Great realtor, great agent, great experience!
