Medley at Avalon Crossing | Shea Homes

Our experience with Shea Homes was out of this world from start to finish! Christina, with the Sales team, was kind, communicative, and always eager to help. Connor and Crue, overseeing the construction, were kind, knowledgeable, and kept us is in the loop with emails and pictures throughout the entire building process. We hired our own inspector to go through pre-drywall just to be safe since we were one of many homes being built at the time. The inspector being impressed by the quality of the build speaks for itself! As for the first review left many months ago, you know what you're getting into when you buy a home in a new and growing community and you also see the size of the yard prior to buying. Excellent from beginning to end! Christina was awesome and was there from the beginning with us. The whole team kept us in the loop along the process with photos and were always accessible! My only complaint were some issues with baseboard painting but all in all Shea is awesome!

The homes, like so many being too rapidly built, are constructed with what is best for the builder in mind rather than the quality for the consumer. The homes are being built in phases, which means if you move in before the neighborhood is finished, which is true of Medley at Avalon Crossing in east Mesa Arizona, then you will be living with construction, noise, dust, debris and random vehicles parked around your house. Again, the houses are so close together, the side yard is near nonexistent and your house is walled in with cinderblock.
