Meadowridge Apartments

The area is nice. There is no assigned parking, but no matter how clean i keep my placd roaches just seem to keep coming. They jusy fumigated the whole apt and still roaches. The new management does not allows smoking of any kind. How is that possible when cigarette you purchase anywhere. Marijuana is legal.

Horrible! please save your money for a place that is roach and gangster free! you will spend at least 200 dollars in roach spray a month and to still not have the problem under control! I am so glad my damn lease is up! I hope this review helps, it is not an exaggeration just check out the local health department for citations on this place! goodluck to anyone still dumb enough to move here! you will wish you never have i garauntee it!

My initial experience with Meadowridge left me hopeful that I found a nice place for my girlfriend and I where we could live and not pay an "arm and a leg" for rent. Well folks, you'll get what you pay for. My first 3 weeks in Meadowridge were spent fighting an INFESTATION OF COCKROACHES. I was literally killing 15-20 a night. Checking my bedsheets and my clothes became a daily habit/ritual. Mind you, this was already AFTER I was moved in. To fix the issue, they had the exterminator come out, twice, but I had to un-move-in all the stuff that I'd already put away. I had to spend my own time and money to seal up holes under the aged countertop where the cockroaches had their nest, and the inept exterminator overlooked (was I supposed to take my time off of work to deal with this??) Strike 1
