I decided to rent my home out about 15 months ago and Lauren Davis was recommended to me from a realtor friend of mine. From our first conversation on the phone, to the walk through, and to getting tenants in and settled, was smooth and easy. Lauren made me feel like this would be a walk in the park. She was right!! I haven't had the best tenants this time around, but every time we had an issue with them, it was Lauren who kept me calm and told me she would take care of it. Lauren is the best manager you can think of. She gets the job done. Most importantly she is always available, even when she shouldn't be. She is extremely hard working and will work with you on anything that you need. The system for House and Condo Management is very simple to use. Just set up auto payments and don't ever worry about missing a payment. The system also reminds you (which is super comforting) about scheduled payments, rent, and that your payment went through. Over all my family and I are very glad to be looked after by Lauren and her team!!! Highly recommend!!!

Lauren has been managing my property for over 7 years. Her screening process was phenomenal. The tenant has been great and I've had 0 issues. Lauren has always gone above and beyond to ensure any repairs are resolved in a timely manner. There has always been minimal inconvenience to myself and to the tenant. She also has a good network of people to do repairs. Property's will need small repairs from time to time and they've always been very reasonable. She's also worked with a handyman I use regularly. I've been with House and Condo Management since 2018. Lauren Davis is everything you want in a property manager. She and her company are responsive, organized and thorough. I have a property in Valencia, however I live in northern California. Any time there is an issue or repair needed, she's ten steps ahead on everything and always has a plan and direction. She will also be present during repairs or installations to make sure things are done correctly. When it's tax time, she has a complete and organized breakdown of payments and expenses for one's property. She is not only on top of everything by taking care of the big and the little things, but she is treating my business like it is hers. She has great people working with her; things don't get left unattended. I did not have to worry about anything for the past three years. Her prices are reasonable and fair.
