Meadowood Apartments

Slum lords, won't fix anything until you force it by calling code enforcement, if your on a month to month lease they terminate it, we had a broken sewer pipe under our building for 6 months rats,roaches like crazy, my furnace never worked I was told it was new when I moved in, LIE my back door is so water damaged it won't open, when the rats chewed up my wiring in the stove they would replace it because they were to fat and lazy to bring a new through the front door. 11 violations and the built in smoke detectors don't work. The owners name is Swindler really look it up, they live in middletown

I wouldnt send my dog or worst enemy to live here. I lived at schiller Terrence 1 yr and after i was supposed to go to a month to month lease. Haha yea rt mark is a lier and a jerk i was promised a 2 bedroom on 5 different occasions never got it. I never could get rid of the roaches the whole complex was full of bedbugs they never sprayed 1 time a month like it said in my lease. He lets pedophiles in by not running checks he puts application fees in his pockets. This place and all there properties need to be condemned.....

Fleas (i dont have pets) and other bugs are outrageous! Most of the workers live here. None are certified and they do drugs while working.. If your not "one of them" they will cause you drama.. The landlord is a DICK... Cheap yes worth it NO! The landlord also discriminates against special needs children.

Don't know if it's different now but I know when I lived there had to move out and start over brand new due to mice and cockroaches!

I was there for more than ten years and had no problem til my last year ...But overall landlord was excellent to me . If your looking for a place to save money and get on your feet than yes good place and I prefer not to say wat the one small problem I had .But I can tell u it wasn't life threaten and if I had stayed im sure we could worked it out with Meadowood..
