I have had the pleasure of working thru Chris Kelly from McGill Management several times and he has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient to help me get through a few situations. He not only helped me thru them but also went out of his way to resolve things. I wish there were more people like Chris that treat people with kindness and courtesy. Thank you Chris!!

Worst service. While the assessment was taking place across this 'Village Station' community for the concrete pavement blocks they were careless on the review process and didn't take enough care & attention for reviewing each home's pavement block properly. Please refer to the attached images for the unevenness and severity level for a fall hazard that could occur to anyone. While it rained once the water was stagnant over it for 2-3 days along with the soil and after it had half-dried that slipperiness caused an FedEx delivery personnel to slip but luckily he didn't fall and he managed to balance. From then on I tried to do the cleaning so that it doesn't slip but the water keeps flowing back to that area since it's submerged to the soil level. One of our guests and both my kids had tri

Excellent follow-up by the entire team - especially Kristen and Alicia on day-to-day issues - they've both reviewed/clarified and mitigated on issues pertaining to routine HOA & management of Station Park sub-division in Grayslake with compassion and reasoning. We are very happy with the service and swift & clear follow-up by these two team members and others. Kudos to the entire McGill Team - Keep it up!!

This is by far the Worst Property Company in the Nation. They have Jokers working here who do not belong in an environment that is supposed to manage properties. I live in Briar Pointe Subdivision in Schaumburg and the damn association fee is almost $400 a month for a Townhome. This company on numerous occasions failed to have the snow cleaned on time and salt the sidewalks. I fell multiple times and literally should have sued them, but always backed out. This time I am not going to be a nice guy. I don't know why people hire this Company to take care of their Properties. This Company should not be allowed to do business at all, and all the employees should be in Jail for allowing residents to continue risking their lives depending on this Company to do its job. I find the interaction very impersonal and very 'stand-offish'. I've only lived in the community a short time but the turn over seems very high so that we're dealing with new people frequently. The website is very poor and not user friendly. Suggestions to make it better are ignored and we're told 'it is what it is'. The dealings I've had with the ARB intermediary originally we're excellent and reviews were quick. Some of the information requested, e.g., home owners insurance declarations page, seemed odd and no explanation was given as to the reasoning for the request. Again, very impersonal. I think that if the website were improved it would make dealings with McGill less frequent and therefore more pleasant for the community residents.
