McAtee had our property for a year and didn’t sell it. They represented buyer and seller. While I’m no expert, this doesn’t sound legal or ethical. The buyers had another agenda besides buying this property. It all smelled fishy!

My Wife called to ask about a property, we spoke to Susan W. she told us the lot had a buyer and the seller accepted. That was it!! no hey! we have this one very close to the lot you was looking, no! let me see if we can help you with something else. My wife called back and asked about the lot next to it and at that point she was just rude, did not want our business and just not helpful at all. We have way to many choices of Realtors to choose from to have to deal with a rude none helpful realtors. move on to the next one.
