Athena Garden Apartments

The changes being made to this property are beautiful! The remodels that started at the end of last year are leaving the floor plans so unique and better than they have been in years. I absolutely love them! The large one bedroom with the wrap around kitchen is my favorite!!!

Moved to these apartments in May of 2024 and it has been nothing but wonderful. My apartment manager(Kara) is absolutely phenomenal, anything I’ve needed fixed or replaced was done efficiently and done almost immediately. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful community to move too. Will definitely we here for many years to come if it means I have the hospitality and professionalism from kara.

I’ll forever recommend these apartments to friends and family! They make sure everything is right and amazing while you’re living here! Kara is so amazing at her job and I love how she’s able to answer all the questions I have for her not to mention she’s the sweetest person and cares about making sure you love your apartments!

My fiancé and I have lived here for almost a full year now and we’re moving next month at no fault of this place, this was our first home together and we thought it was going to be a rough and scary process, the people in this establishment are absolutely wonderful! Kara the apartment manager is amazing, always quick to respond when we have questions for her and when we had a problem with anything maintenance was so quick to jump and solve the issue, this is a great place to live and we hate to leave. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments but this one has taken the cake for the worst. Let’s start from the beginning. It started when we were first looking for the apartment. The manager advertised it at a lower price and raised the price on us when it was time to pay. At this point we were already committed so we toughed it out and paid the extra $200 a month. Now once we were finally moved in within a week our whole entire downstairs flooded at like 11 at night. Most of our things were still in boxes and therefore got damaged from the water. The flooding came from our neighbor, and the apartment didn’t do much other then saying “hope you have renters insurance “ But don’t worry it gets worse.
