Mason Ridge Apartments

I’ve lived at these apartments for about two years, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I’ve had to deal with major maintenance issues that never seem to be permanently resolved. My A/C has gone out multiple times—sometimes for months—and the fridge and stove have also stopped working at different points. Parking isn’t included either—you have to pay extra if you want a spot. On top of that, there’s constant construction, which means noise, dust, and frequent water shut-offs with little to no notice. The most frustrating part is that even when something does get fixed, it’s usually just a temporary patch, not a real solution. When I initially moved to Mason Ridge Apartments about two years ago, there were only 2 t things that I had an issue with pest and water. This is an honest review of the property. I can honestly say the pest Issue was resolved as for the water that’s more of a city thing and I understood Mason Ridge could not control that so that didn’t bother me too much. I wish this review had two sections because overall the staff there, including the property manager, Crystal, Trinity, and Mirka were the best they are very kind and are very understanding. when I fell on hard times due to the loss of my son’s mother they worked with me and were very empathetic and compassionate. I couldn’t ask for a better staff not a bad experience for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for the staff for sure.

I decided to wait until I was living here for months before I reviewed. I had a very easy move in process, the communication was great. I did have minor maintenance issues but I felt like they get resolved pretty quickly, overall I would say this are some good apartments to live in. As far as roaches, I have seen a couple since moving in but it’s always when someone else is moving out & unfortunately sometimes you can’t help your neighbors, every time pest control came asap & I haven’t seen any in months. The manager crystal is a little slow with responding at times but she always solves the issue so it makes up for time waiting. Front desk girl trinity has always been very nice. THE ONLY BAD THING I HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT- is that after the same visitor visits you 3+ times it’s a $3 parki

I was living here for a while and I thought it was a huge blessing that they approved me asap for a place to live given my situation at the at point. However, there’s a huge infestation of roaches and everything begins to break and not work. Pest control is just the people from the office coming over to spray or put stick traps unless you want to move all of your furniture and items out for them to “properly treat the unit”. My refrigerator has roaches in it and for about the first 3-4 weeks I could put food in it due to the roaches. We had loud neighbors, issues with parking, the water was constantly being turned off due to a “maintenance repair”. My toilets had issues, don’t have hot water for a bit, didn’t have air for a bit and sometimes my water wouldn’t even work. Rent increased dras

The lady who speaks Spanish treats her customers very badly on the phone. She needs a little education and do her job better. I no longer recommend this place. It has changed a lot, that person makes you feel very bad ,At first they treat you well but over time everything is fake they just try to take more money from you I don't recommend the place
