Martins Creek

I have lived here for 2 years and I have absolutely no complaints! The apartments are quiet! And the neighbors I’ve met are friendly! K.C. and Mo are fantastic and are so personable! Out of all the apartments I’ve lived, the office staff here are by far my favorite!

I moved to South Carolina and into the Martins Creek Apartments in March 2025. The property management staff has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed very timely and the maintenance staff has always resolved any issues I’ve had (which have been very, very few and minor).

I met KC earlier this year and she was absolutely amazing. Move in process was super easy. Love the monthly activities. The building I live in is super quiet. If I ever have any questions KC replies promptly. Recently had to call the office, spoke to Moe and she was super helpful as well. My child has also taken a liking to KC! We really enjoy living here.

I recently moved into Martins Creek in Summerville, South Carolina, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience! K.C. And Moe has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. From the very first tour to the move-in day, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and reassuring. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and I genuinely feel at home here. I highly recommend Martins Creek for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive community!

Moe and KC were both EXTREMELY helpful with the application process. It was very quick to my surprise and that brought a lot of relief. Moe did a great job of keeping me in the loop throughout the process and KC even took me and my brother on a tour to the actual unit we were going to be living in. 10 out of 10 experience working with these ladies. Martins creek is a great place to live and I’ve only been here 2 weeks or so. It’s a short commute azalea square (10 ish minutes) and maybe another 5 to get to downtown Summerville. Also less than 10 min to Aldi, Lowe’s Grocery, Walmart and so much more so those are pluses. The gym here is a great amenity too along with their pool that I love to stick around and get my tan on.
