Martingale Apartments

Hands down the worst experience I've had with an apartment complex and that's including Section 8, Florida and Vegas area. The gym is nice but it won't make up for the "management". Mold in the walls, cigar and cigarette smoke coming into your unit at all hours of the day and night, loud parties they'll do nothing about, dog feces everywhere, broken appliances, randoms dumpster diving in the parking lot. Also expect to have a third party vendor enter your apartment within a 10 hr window at least once a month to do maintenance on the sprinkler system. To top it off, they will steal your deposit and charge you thousands in mystery fees. I had to move out because my unit was unlivable due to mold they refused to take care of - which was a nightmare in itself - now they've sent a 7K bill to co

I lived here for two years and only have great things to say. The office staff was always helpful and accommodating, and maintenance was consistently quick and responsive. The gym and pool were excellent, and the landscaping was beautifully maintained. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live in Lacey!

Martingale Apartments are very nice and have nice amenities. The property is well kept up and there’s plenty of parking. I’ve lived here since February and only a small handful of times have either my husband or I had to park somewhere else other than right out front of our building. My only complaint is residents are lazy and don’t pick up after their dogs, and I have stepped in it before. Half the time it’s right by the dog waste stations, which is frustrating (which there are several around the complex btw). Very pet friendly, and allow certain dog breeds that are usually banned everywhere else. The office staff are all very nice and very friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love living here! This apartment complex has been an amazing experience! The management team is incredibly responsive and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Julia in the office is absolutely amazing - if you need anything, go to her! She goes above and beyond to help residents. The amenities are fantastic and always well-maintained. My apartment is spacious and modern with great natural light. The building is quiet, safe, and the grounds are always beautifully kept. The location is perfect - convenient to everything but still peaceful. Parking is hassle-free and the community vibe is so welcoming with friendly neighbors. Today, I had the pleasure to work with Julia in the front office who was able to help me in a situation that was extremely stressful. Not only did she take the time to really sit down with us an go over all of our options, she also found a solution for us regarding housing! Julia, thank you for taking care of us today:)
