Martin property management

A complete Fraud! Beware of this management and their apartment. I would give them a ZERO star if I could. 1. They provided us with a dirty apartment that had multiple urine stains in the toilet bowl, an ink-spotted carpet in one bedroom, a dirty oven, and a kitchen counter that was extremely stained and filthy. 2. It was a townhome, and they were renting out nearby units to anyone. The neighbor next door had drug issues. We couldn't access the basement because of a strong weed smell, and there was a persistent weed odor on the porch as well. When we reported this, they simply directed us to the police station without taking any action. Even though we had a porch, it wasn't ours — it was used as a shortcut by random people. 3. The home is not up to the mark. There is always something breaking constantly and something like water faucet was not fixable at all, so water drips always. The worst thing is, they scammed me when I left the home. They took 100% of the deposit amount and told me in a letter after a month that, they needed 13 hours of professional cleaning job for a stove top, a kitchen sink, a toilet and a bath tub, which is unbelievable. I have video proof that everything was clean when I left the home. They are not answering my email now. I recommend everyone to stay clear of this property management. There are far better options out there with similar price for way better value.

Darian and Melisa were absolutely amazing to work with from the first contact for approval, the setting up the tour and the actual tour itself which Melisa absolutely rocked! I had my own walking issues and they stepped up to help every step. We locked in a place and the process was simple and easy and looking forward to working with them for the duration of my lease! When I moved into the house, there were narcotic needles under the washing machine and it reeked of cat urine. I was a good tenant for 3 years- they never heard a peep out of me and I handled all problems with the house without their help. I even added various home improvements, such as a new bathroom cabinet, as the one the home currently had was wobbly and dirty. My real problem comes when moving time comes around. I moved everything out. My grandma and I spent 16 hours cleaning this house from top to bottom. Light fixtures, fans, window sills, dusting all the walls and ceilings… EVERYTHING got cleaned. My experience is not very good with this property management. They deduct a considerable amount of our deposit to clean a already cleaned house. We retuened the house 10X better than it was recieved and we clearly wrote the move in condition in their condition report too. They treated us very nicely when we were tenets and assured us they underdtood the condition. But now woundn't even respond to email. We have photo evidence of the condition of the uncleaned house when we moved in plus the grage full of clutter and garbage left by previous tenets (We asked them to clean it and haul some other furniture left inside the house, that never happened), but, they claim house was professionally cleaned before we moved in and deduacted a unreasonable amount of our deposit.
