I found Brandi's ability to communicate and move me through the process was excellent. I was an out of town buyer so having a local expert be "boots on the ground" was critical. The online signing made negotiating super easy for me being out of town to submit the offer, and she texted along the way when anything came up. Brandi worked diligently to negotiage between my needs and the sellers to reach a deal, and she let me know with ample advance the in person closing date so I could be there with my schedule.
