Marshall Springs at Gayton West

I can say with confidence that unlike many other properties, Marshall Springs is run by folks who are competent and empathetic. Bri stands out in particular as someone who is trustworthy and is a major reason why I have stuck around. The amenities are fantastic and the maintenance team is attentive.

Extremely disappointed in the management here. We had a major snowstorm and the complex was not plowed for 48 hours. I was unable to get to work because my car was completely blocked in, and the driveway’s were pure ice, making it unsafe to walk to your car . If you come to live here, be prepared .

Not only did Tyler, Malik and Dakota do a wonderful job of fixing my electric problem… I had just moved in and could not figure out how to put the doors to my new tv stand one and they jumped in super quick to help put!! 10000% would always trust to call them.

I am mostly just rating my experience with Briana in the leasing office! She is literally so sweet and had every answer to every question I had!! Excellent experience and excited to have signed my lease!!

Malik has done work orders for my mom at Marshall Springs. He took her trash out and has given me pointers about a problem I had in my home. He looks like he cares about his job.
