Marquee Square Apartments

I recently moved in, and I would like to sincerely thank the staff and management for such a smooth and positive move-in experience. The entire move-in process was well organized, clear, and efficient, which made the transition much easier than expected. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The management team, especially the manager, was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that all move-in details were handled promptly and professionally. Thank you to the entire team for their support and professionalism. So far, I am very pleased with my decision to move here and look forward to being a resident in this community.

Toured this apartment today and it was absolutely gorgeous! As someone who’s trying to find his first apartment this one is definitely at the top of my list!! I toured 6 apartment complexes today and this one easily was my favorite!! I haven’t decided to move there…YET but I am very pleased with what I saw today. Shout out to Michelle at the front desk who gave me my tour!! I was 7 minutes late but she was extremely kind and showed me around. Thank you to her!!

I scheduled a tour to view the apartments and came with my brother (he is 18). They demanded IDs from both of us. I had mine, but my brother accidentally left his at home. The leasing agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation politely, she told my brother to sit in the clubhouse while I went alone to view the apartment as if this was some kind of high-security facility. I was shocked. This was just an apartment showing. I was told this was their “policy” and that nothing could be done. The policy is absurd, and the entire experience felt like a circus. If this is how they treat people during a simple tour, I can only imagine what kind of problems tenants face after moving in. Definitely not a place I would feel comfortable living in. 3:15 PM 02/12/

I toured this apartment and it was honestly love at first sight, but unfortunately the experience after that was a complete waste of my time. When I first applied back in December, I was given a specific rent price. Because the building was still under construction, I couldn’t move in right away. About two weeks before my move-in date, I went back to the office to confirm that the unit would be ready on time and to double-check that the rent price was still the same. The staff at the front desk reassured me that everything was fine, the building would open on time, and the rent would not change. I was told there was nothing to worry about. I am a new resident here. Gorgeous apartments, but what I love the most about it other the elevated facts is the kind of customer service provided by MICHELLE, on of the front desk staff member, I believe this is her name, we were talking about having my small garden set-up on my balcony tiday (what is allowed or not). I work in hospitality, so I can tell when someone is genuinely open to provide this quality and efficient service with no judgement, no "disappearing in a second" smile, I always feel welcomed to ask her all my questions.
