They are a bunch of sheisters . They know the home is being sold out from under you and say nothing !!!! Next thing you know you are homeless . Sandra Albritton is the worse she is dishonest , she never calls back or answers the phone !! She lies !! She does not care if you become homeless . Next thing you know your tenant portal is cancelled , you receive your sec deposit in the mail 3 months before lease is up and your on the street . DO NOT I repeat DO not rent from her or this company !!!

I rent from Market Tampa Investments and it's literally been the worst experience in my life. when moving in the nicest lady named Sandra Albritton was extremely sweet to me as we are both single moms and she was very excited to have me rent from their townhome. It takes weeks for anyone to fix something including the air conditioning that has been broken since August. by the way I havent received any returned calls from them since July. I received a tax notice a few weeks ago and now I found out the townhome has been in forclosure now for 3 years and they have been pocketing my money. I should have seen the signs. After reaching out to the Dr who owns the place he told me the marketplace hasnt been giving him money... very weird since I paid every payment on time. It turns out the owner i

We move a month ago and still waiting for electrical issues be fix. Bad with communication, Mrs. Albitron don't reply messages, don't follow up services maintenance. It's a joke! We are hiring a lawyer!

This company is shameful. They move people into properties that are being foreclosed on and have the owners pocket the money. Staff is rude and heartless. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY......... Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews they only come after truthful poor reviews
