Market Lofts on Third Apartments

I’ll have to reapply at another time however I’m writing this review based off of my application process. I was given a tour and Tamia was very patient and helpful even though I ended up running fifteen minutes late and answered all of my questions. The application process was simple and you get results and Tamia along with Austin will help you with whatever you need! looking forward to living here in the future :)

I was in town during the holidays trying to relocate to another state , market loft on third were so accommodating to my schedule ! Austin did amazing job getting me approved and showing me my dream studio apt , so I could move in 15 days it has been a great experience!

Update: Austin responded immediately. My reservation fee was refunded and I have been moved out of the construction zone to a completely finished apartment! ❤️ I love it! My 1 star is now a 5! Moved in on Tuesday. It’s Thursday. My application was approved Monday, still was charged the $300 reservation fee. Was shown 205, with polished floors and tiled hallway to it, told this would be the apartment I was renting, then later was told 205 was rented and I was given one literally in a construction zone. I’ve knocked on 205 several times and no one answers. The door to my hallway literally says “no tenants past this point, construction zone”. My windows don’t lock,(I’m on the first floor) there is no peep hole cover on my door, SEVERAL smoke alarm detectors in the unoccupied rooms are going

I have lived at Market Lofts since 2023 and I love it. It is in a great location and the rent is cheaper than a lot of other places downtown. There is a shared laundry room, a gym, and a nice sitting area on the rooftop. I have lived in two different units in this complex, the studio and then the one bedroom. Both are awesome. The complex is very clean and the units themselves are as well. The appliances and countertops are really nice. There are also a lot of resident events during holidays where food and drink are provided. It’s a cool little community.

I've only lived here a couple weeks but this is already the best place I've ever lived. The building itself is always clean, management is super dependable and great at communication, and the apartment itself is very nice. I rarely hear noise from neighbors and even then with a little music it covers up enough to tune out. I don't typically review somewhere I'm presently living, but they're so amazing I'm willing to make an exception
