I’ve had an excellent experience living at The Mark, and I want to give special shout-outs to Rusty and Gary from the maintenance team. Both are incredibly attentive, efficient, and dedicated to their work. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled promptly and professionally, and their friendly, respectful attitudes make every interaction a positive one. The property has been undergoing some impressive upgrades recently. The pool, front office, and mail room renovations are nearing completion, and I’m excited to see the finished results. Even during the process, everything has continued to be well maintained and thoughtfully managed. Another standout feature of this community is the regular special events hosted throughout the month. They bring in food trucks and organize
A Host of complaints but I don’t have the time to elaborate. I will say, upon moving out last week, one of the current residents approached me to ask if I was moving and how I felt about the complex. My response to her was “I’m moving and not resigning, so that’s an indicator.” We both chatted regarding the constant sitings of bugs. Large cockroaches, silver fish, spiders you name it! She even expressed contemplating breaking her lease. Can’t say that I blame her as I contemplated the same. From the uninvited visitors (roaches, silver fish etc), decline in upkeep, subpar customer service and nickel and dimeing, I’m just Ecstatic that I no longer call The Mark at Wildwood home. Sign at your own risk!
Leo is the biggest breath of fresh air, his willingness to assist with everything is amazing & actually makes you feel good about living here . He goes above and beyond and if there’s anyone I can speak to about him getting more hours I’d LOVE to . He’s a pleasant face for the community, EVERYTIME I come in he’s so happy & just makes sure you are getting the best experience living here. I feel like he takes it personally and it shows. In my opinion, he should totally be considered for management if not already being considered because he knows this community like the back of his hands & his willingness to assist and just go out his way to assist is top tier & like no other !
I am a current resident of The Mark and I would like to say I have never seen or met more friendly helpful staff and grounds people. Eneatra is amazing and Leo is super friendly and my experience has been a beautiful refuge. I work from home and so my surroundings are super important, and I am so thankful. I also would like to shine a light on RustyG. Who is an incredible asset and a protector on the grounds. Always with a watchful eye. To serve with compassion and kindness is everything. Signed. A thankful resident.
I lived here for almost three years. I had to call animal control over a dozen times in those three years due to my dog continually being attacked by owners allowing their dogs to run around the complex with no leash. The office had been made aware every single time in those three years and I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I sent pictures of both the owners and the dogs to the office to help narrow down which residents and dogs were constantly issues and I was told that the only possible way to help with be to send the office their apartment number. I guess they expected me to follow the resident home after making sure my dog did not suffer any open wounds while being attacked on their grounds. One morning I actually leashed up a dog after finding it roaming the complex a
