I had a great experience renting at Livano Wildwood, especially moving from out of state, which can be stressful. Samantha and Ilse were amazing throughout the entire process. They were very helpful, patient, and always available to answer my questions and guide me step by step. They made the renting and move-in process smooth and easy, and I truly felt supported from the beginning. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and very welcoming. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend Livano Wildwood to anyone, especially if you’re relocating from another state.

I am a resident of Livano for over a years. From the first day All mgt has been kind, considerate and understanding of my needs and being a tenant who truly cares about the property and it's surroundings they have done everything to make me happy. I do not refrain from my feelings and they have handled this with the utmost respect to me. The mgt and Ilse today are very fast to make me feel that I am definitely listened to and go out of their way to make living here a joy. I’ve been living here for just over a month, and this community has far exceeded my expectations. The amenities are excellent, and the property is consistently clean and well maintained. Samantha and Ilse were absolutely wonderful to work with—they made securing a place effortless, and the move-in process was so smooth it almost felt too easy. Have been living here for a few months now and I honestly love it and have no complaints. From the moment I showed interest, Ilse helped me with virtual tours and answered all my questions and continued to be available throughout my move-in experience. Samantha also has helped with in person tours and everything has been great so far. If I have any questions/concerns, I know I can go to the main office or call and never come off as a bother. Nice and quiet community, with a friendly/family-like staff team. Exactly what I was needing in my life! :)
