Marion Crossing Apartments

Place is a joke. I would invest in video cameras for the unknown person(s) who are going through mail in the mailroom and leaving empty/ripped open boxes from residents here instead of vending machines to make more money off of us. Really sad there is no care in this apartment whatsoever with how dirty it is as well. Edit to response: My account name is not my real name nor will I give out that information. It's a KNOWN issue with the car/mailroom theft that goes on at this apartment complex.. as it has been going on for MONTHS now. Management should be on site and the fact that there isn't is a huge red flag & it shows with the environment here as well. Just do better. Rent is already insanely high for the absolute BARE minimum in itself and an environment like this is just flat out depr

Alexis was so sweet and caring! She made sure I was sent on my way with all of my questions answered, even went out of her way to help me look at an apartment in my liking throughout their company! :)

Alexis did an awesome job by showing me the unit even though it wasn’t done completely she was very helpful by explaining how it might look she also mention the garage option And Alexis was caring and answered all my questions.

The leasing agent and office is super easy to talk too and maintenance takes care of requests immediately. It is a very nice community. The garage is attached to the building which is nice in the winter.

The fact that they're doing showings while the property is still under construction was a huge red flag, I should've known better! The rooms are tiny, but the kitchen looks spacious... who knows when it's actually finished? Jose showed us the apartment and seemed friendly. I asked him to confirm the move-in date, and he was sure mid November, after it had already been pushed out once. I went through huge hurdles to make the date work for me... Then, I was told the date got pushed even further. Haven't heard back since I tried reaching out to confirm. Thanks for negatively impacting my credit score, I guess. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
