This apartment complex has been by far the most helpful, respectful I have ever seen. They go above and beyond to help with your needs. Regardless of if it is maintenance or anything personal, they try and help you. I really do appreciate all the ladies in the office And Ms. Diane is amazing she will help in every way possible. I owned before coming here I was nervous by some of the reviews but please don't let those reviews stop you. I love it here and will stay until I buy again. I'll give it a 2 for the amount of space in the townhouse and friendliness of 2 ladies in the front office. I'm writing this review because I don't see anyone else talking about this. We signed our lease 7 days ago, fresh tenants. Last night as my friend and I were minding our business on the balcony, we saw 2 RATS run across the edge of the balcony. They stayed on the other end of the ledge of the next apartment for A LONG TIME, after attempting to come back to our balcony! How comfortable they were looking like they were on a date! That means they live here!! We called the emergency maintenance line and they didn't seem bothered. We called the front office while ago and spoke with Cierra and she too did not seem bothered. She just said "I'll tell maintenance. They have traps for them"...

I moved into Mariners Cove almost eight years ago, and as this was my first time living in an apartment, I’ve become very comfortable and happy here. The office staff have always been professional and respectful. Whenever I call, they greet me warmly, ask how I’m doing, and quickly address my concerns. They promptly submit maintenance requests, and the maintenance team has always been courteous and efficient when handling any issues in my apartment. I’d like to especially acknowledge Diane, the office manager. She is wonderful—always pleasant, helpful, and informative. Whenever I’ve had questions, she’s taken the time to explain everything clearly and keeps residents updated with notices about what’s happening around the community. Anytime there’s been a pest concern, it’s been handled

I have been a tenant in Mariners Cove Apartments almost 4 years. I enjoy living here in Mariners Cove Apartments. The property manager, Mrs. Duane is very nice and easy to get along with and shows great concern to her tenants. She will do her best to solve any and all issues or complaints from the residents.. The front office team is great as well as helpful. The maintenance crew is excellent. They keep the grounds and property clean. I do not have any pest problems and I have respectful neighbors upstairs and downstairs . Overall I will continue to call Mariners Cove Apartments my home. This is a decent complex to live in the City of Virginia Beach
