Marina Pointe Apartments

Moved in on Dec 20 and was told only a few things needed to be fixed. I'm okay with a few things, but not the whole back sheet of the walk through list! Anna in the front office is sweet as pie. She is the only thing positive about our experience. Moving out in a few days, thank goodness! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Pretty bad when your neighbor hangs this above their door!!!

We have lived here going on 3yrs I think. Chris in the office and the staff are very professional and handle all our concerns fast and efficiently. Maintenance has been very fast to respond and has completed our work orders as quickly as possible. Big thank you also to Caitlin in the office for helping with questions about our lease and making us feel valued as a resident here. You guys are amazing!

Thank you for responding to my review about the mold, bugs, and misconduct on behalf of your staff. However, I did not mention anything about my service animals in the review, that has nothing to do with my complaints what so ever, only how Chris, and the owners know about my disability and choose to allow him to yell at a women in front of the maintenance man. That , and the bugs, mold , my fridge, dishwasher, the other two holels in my apartment plus lack of care your contributing to help the situation. I do not wish to keep being discriminated against, nor exasperated from the management , Chris. I've sent several emails , and have not been responded to, and asked for it in writing, in which grounds does my lease cover that it's acceptable for me to be singled out and made to only comm

Update (9/2024): Looks like the maintenance backlog’s has been caught up because the maintenance team now takes up to a business day to check on any tickets I make! The public amenities and roadways are still being kept clean, and the 3-bed townhome layout is still a good deal for what you pay. I still wish I didn’t sign for an apartment that wasn’t completely ready on move-in, but my experiences with Melanie, Chris, and the maintenance team nowadays make me want to renew my lease next year.

When we first moved into these apartments we were very underwhelmed and to be frank, upset with the condition our new apartment was in. Went through 2 property managers before we finally got one with incredible competence. Since Chris has taken over he has made the right hires and improved our opinion of this place dramatically. We love our apartment. We love how quick they are to get on to work orders. We love the complex now. Highly recommend.
