Five stars doesn't seem like enough to give to Marc and his team. Obtaining a mortgage can be stressful and, quite frankly, a hassle. In the past, I have had agents where I had to fax documents multiple times, and it just felt like I was working for them instead of them working for me. Not so with Marc. The entire process was easy, efficient and pleasant. Marc responded very quickly to every email and text. He was clear and thorough upfont so I knew every step and all the doumentation I needed. He made sure all parties involved in the transacation communicated amongst themselves wherever possible, saving me extra steps and time. The whole application process was streamlined and simple.
