Company doesn’t care about its residents, only money. I made my payment of rent on time on the first of the month and got a notice on the 2nd of delinquent payment. Saying that my lease would be terminated and legal proceedings would commence even though you have 7 days to make payment. You can’t even get a hold of anyone when you need to discuss anything. They expect 60 days of advanced notice of when you leave so they can replace you, but are willing to evict you within 7 days. They barged into peoples homes, disregarding laws in place for Rights to Quiet Enjoyment, to do extensive and loud renovations that were not asked for. And if asked to reschedule, they said no and were rude about it despite me knowing of some residents who had theirs rescheduled due to sleep conflicts. I would

Lived here for going on 3 years , always had an issue with maintenance getting taken care of. Currently my bathtub has been clogged for over a month , and it is my only shower tub and it is technically an emergency problem that SHOULD get fixed immediately. I am currently still with a tub that won’t drain after being promised by the manager 3 days in a row that maintenance will be there THAT DAY. I am about to leave and I hope they get bought out again for many reasons like lack of maintenance and still raising rent. This office does not care about inhumane conditions of living.

They only care about money and in bad ways. Maintenance will show up when they want. Bad management. Lot bugs in their rooms.

Giving 1 out of 5 also more for this community. I don't recommend anyone. Costly with improper maintenance. Poor and very rude response from apartment office guys. I got my post box key after 70 days from move in date understand, I raised around 6 to 7 maintenance requests on day two from move in date till now (70+ days) noting resolved. Bathroom door is not locking from day 1 still no fix, Main one from past 5 days water not draining from kitchen area am not able to use Dishwasher, laundry & Kitchen and daily need to eat food outside and am not sure how many more days they will take resolve. As a resident suffering a lot.

If you have any ounce of self-respect or care for where you live you will not move into this neighborhood. The management staff is horrendous. The property manager Andrew Smith is rude arrogant and disrespectful towards tenants whenever they have issues and acts as if he doesn't have the time to deal with your issues because he's "just so busy" meanwhile he hides out in his office avoids tenants at all costs, and then when you finally managed to get in contact with him via the phone or in person he brushes you off as if your issues don't matter. The regional manager Cassandra Arnold is nowhere near better than he is. Much like other slumlord management groups brookside properties hire people that don't care about what happens to you as a tenant all they want is your money. Don't respond to
