Terrible customer service, the lady who answers the phone doesn't feel like working. I think it's amazing how someone like her has a job. I spent two applications each of 40 dollars waiting for an answer to which they never called me all called me 4 times so that at the last time the lady who answers the phone told me that the apartment is already rented, knowing that it is a lie, since my uncle is the one who lives in that apartment and is going to move until June 27. I find the lack of attention of this place incredible. I don't know how they do to rent apartments with that terrible attention from the phone to the office because when I took the applications the lady didn't even let me enter the place, she told me to leave them in the mailbox. I'm really surprised at how they made me feel
