The apartment complex could be much better on outside. It is painted gray and it looks like a dump. Insect problem too, not clean inside. Ownership or management needs to plant more trees and flowers here to make it more appealing and provide shade in summer heat to potential renters, it is not inviting.

After a long day of work. This is what you come home to. Garbage on top of garbage! Dodging rats left and right having to watch your step anytime you walk by. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The rent is very expensive to have to come home to this. Besides the dumpsters, there is garbage all over the grounds. Where is maintenance??? There is no ground keeping being done. Either maintenance workers quit or just not doing their job. I am so disappointed. The rat infestation is crazy!!!! They are now coming into the homes. I have to get my family and I out of here as soon as we can.

I really wish I could give more stars. Let me start by saying Julianny from leasing office is great. When ever I contacted maintenance they came out pretty prompt. And problems were resolved. I am grateful to have a home. And my husband and I work hard. We don’t get public assistance or section 8. It is very expensive to live here. I wished management/maintenance took better care of the grounds and trash. I know they can not control everyone from cleaning up after themselves. But garbage should be picked up more than what it is due to the EXTREME RAT INFESTATION HERE. I am not seeing much being done to rectify the rats. And week by week it is getting worst. There are a million rat holes near all the dumpsters. Rats running and jumping under people cars. Rats running past your feet at night

Disgusting. Rats and garbage everywhere. The WATER COMES OUT BROWN WEEKLY. Most times twice a week. Having a washer dryer is useless when brown water comes out constantly. Never any warning from maintenance or management. They also delete their reviews so people don’t know how bad this place is. Stay far away from here. You can find a much nicer place for way less money than this entire dump.

First off let me start by saying I am a USMC veteran and I will like to give my most honest opinion and be fair with both the apartment and the community. I moved from these apartments about a week ago but I lived there for the past 2 and a half years. The reason for me moving to these apartments in Elmwood village was because of how nice and quiet the area is. The prices have definitely gone up since I moved in. I started paying $1540 when I first moved in and ended up paying $1670 by the time I moved out. A great option the apartment gives you is the security deposit which was very low and not a month and a half like most places now. The manager during my stay was Mohini and she was great to talk to.
