Mar at Grove Apartments

I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years , and love it. Complex is quiet , all neighbors are respectful and friendly. I’ve never had issues with anyone messing with my packages here when they have been delivered to a neighbor by accident they’ve always brought them to me. I’ve left my keys on my mail box by accident and had a neighbor return them right away. Management and Maintenance is great , if you have any kind of issue, it’s fixed right away. I’ve had plumbing issues on weekends and holidays and management still finds away to get our needs met promptly. We also have monthly tenant appreciation events , which is really nice ..we’ll have raffles or free ice cream day , goodie bags, we’ve had a free pizza day things of that nature , my kids love it. Overall it’s been a great place to rent so far

Beautiful apartment! It’s absolutely perfect and fit for partners, roommates, pets, etc. The management is amazing and caring.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and am very happy with the community and most definitely the staff here. They are all so friendly and on top of maintaining our apt and the property. It’s a great spot for our little family. We feel safe and have never had to deal with any loud tenants or crime.

Management treated us like family with no gimmicks. The place is comfortable, spacious and for being in San Diego affordable, and we say that because we really did our homework.

Ive lived here for 6 months, the manger Claudia is a really good person every time we have a problem with the apartment the next day she takes care of it. The apartmentis super comfortable. Although i have a question, in Google i see that there is a pool 🤔 where is the pool ?
