Imperial Beach Gardens

My family and I have lived here for over two years and have had no complaints. Angela, Alexandra and Jessie have been extremely helpful with any questions or issues I experienced. The grounds are always clean of trash and the maintenance team is very professional and friendly. The pools and gym facility are free of debris and are kept up. Sandwiched between the Estuary and a recreational park gives my little family lots to do. The beach is just a couple blocks away as well as the pier and restaurants.

I truly feel at home here. It is very clean and safe and the maintenance crew is the best,right here when we need them. The girls in the office are very professional and helpful and friendly. We renewed our lease and hope to be here for a long time. Even Charlie loves it here ! ❤️😎😊

David & Less were professional, amiable, and efficient as they replaced my old, dead refrigerator with a new one. Excellent service in all regards, and the responsiveness from the Leasing Office to put the wheels in motion were much appreciated.

The worst experience of my life. The carport storage is constantly broken into, and I'm pretty sure it's an inside job since the people doing it seem to know exactly what they're doing. They cut your lock and then take it. I had over $2,300 worth of tools stolen after I left for a holiday weekend. There's mold in the upstairs bathroom no matter how long I leave the window open. The lease policy states that cats must be indoors and dogs must be on a leash, yet the neighbors seem to think those rules don't apply to them. After complaining, all management does is send out emails -- even though it's a clear violation of the lease agreement. People don't pick up after their pets, which causes other animals to get sick. The rent increases are ridiculous for what you get -- no A/C, no dishwashe
