For several years we trusted her expertise in rental and sale market trends in SWFL area and she always kept us updated . Renting our home seasonally was a breeze and she treated us with a sense of priority and professionalism. Paula Mapp was the real estate agent who oversaw two houses that we rented over a period of eight years. ****Very poor customer service. Our heat was out and did not work for three days and we could not get a hold of her meanwhile our temperature inside of our house was 98°-103. She gave us very bad advice moving out of the houses and cost us a lot of money. Thousands of dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***Do not recommend to anyone!

Paula sent me a link for a seasonal rental property which I found very helpful, however that is where the help ended. I had several followup questions that were never answered, only to be (finally) emailed back by an individual named Joel.. He stated that he was unable to answer those questions and that only Paula could address them. This has been going on for more than two weeks and four emails trying to get information. If it takes all the effort on my part and none on theirs, then I do not want to do business with them. Maybe others had wonderful experiences, but I can only describe the poor service I have had which prompted me to post this negative review.

I have been working with Mapp Realty and Prestigious Property Management (PPM) for over a year and half now. This review is long overdue as they have made my life so much easier from starting the rental process, finding great tenants and helping me with the little things that have popped up in the year + of renting my house. I received a new job and had to move out of Florida, this was my first time renting my home and since I wasn't going to be in the state, I needed a company I could TRUST. A co-worker was actually making the same move and led me to PPM and I owe him big time for it. PPM makes you feel very comfortable that they will take care of any legal issues, any house repairs, tenant concerns and everything in between. tried to contact over a dozen times over the past 2 weeks about a rental that was listed over a month . Got through to a someone in the office a couple of days ago and the house was still available but Paula mapp refused to call or answer any of our texts or emails. She finally called this morning and said she just showed this property today and leased it. Very poor customer service . Will not recommend to anyone
