Maitland Court Apartments

Always trash everywhere. Never kept up. Apartments are cheaply done. I dont live there but I visit every 3 months. My daughter complained of mold in her apartment and she followed up two times before the leasing professional said she would send someone out. When she followed up again the leasing professional told ther they did go although there was no formal report or findings or note. The person on the phone had zero empathy for her situation and offered no solutions. Its not even that cheap a place for what you get.

Horrible and dirty. Lived here for 7 years in 3 different apartments and the management is SO BAD. The Waldrons(the owners) dont care about anything but money. Wich sadly means everything at Maitland is VERY cheap and cheaply put together. I mean you can literally see the outside light shine thru the walls in some areas where there are cracks. Mold on my wall that they refused to do anything about. These people profile dog breeds and also allow "favorites" to get away with things that they would otherwise not put up with. The maintenance men are RUDE. THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS DONT LIVE HERE.

All I know is this is haynes manor apts because I just moved from there. I was paying 1020 a month ..
