My experience with Main Street Realty has been a disaster. The broker was not honest with me. She accepted a verbal offer from me on a rental property, but when I went to close the deal, an agent informed me that the price had been increased. I also did not receive a reply on a question I left on their phone from one of the agents. I will not work with this agency in the future, and definitely do not recommend them to anyone. Very incompetent service. My fiancé and I are veterans and they did not understand how the post 9/11 GI Bill works and instead of asking questions or getting information that would better help them qualify us, they passed up our application. It took two weeks for them to get back to us. I have went with a company recently and did not have any issues because the service was superior to the poor service we received.
