Aesthetics look good at first been they start rent gauging you’ll soon find out housing here won’t last if you’re on housing or one income is not sustainable. Tenants with multiple incomes would only be ideal to live here. 1 bed 1 bath ~500 sq ft is at 2k/ month with 10% of rent as late charge plus utilities would bring you easily to 2309-2400 for the only smallest unit. Do math for rest units at 2-3 bedrooms and 3rd bedroom is more like 1/2 bedroom they claim is a 3rd bdrm.

My family ans I have been here going on three years and we have had no issues! This is a quiet community and we are pretty much like family! The Property is kept clean and we look out for each other. Our Property Manager is pretty cool as well and if any questions are asked, she will respond within a few minutes if not by the end of the day! Also we have a Maintenance Portal and problems are fixed by close of business on Fridays! I can say we are Blessed Tenants!

I loved the beautiful spacious lot renting here. The two bedroom is reasonably priced. I signed the year lease agreement and hoping to renew my lease for at least another year. Management last year was lacking and neglectful to certain problems but it's drastically improved since. I recommend this place to especially first time buyers. Ask for Sharon.
