I chose this community expecting the level of service and reliability that comes with a “luxury” apartment, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. I have lived here for close to five years, and this is the most prolonged and disruptive set of issues I have experienced during my residency. The elevator has been nonfunctional for over a month. Even when it does briefly work, it often requires multiple resets just to use it. Because of this ongoing issue, packages are not being delivered to our doors and have gone missing, which is extremely frustrating and concerning.  I have had to rearrange personal plans and holidays because of the inconvenience and uncertainty, which should never be the case in a community at this price point, because of family not being able to use the stair

Extremely poor management. Ownership changed hands and has run the place into the ground. Non-residents can easily access all facilities because there is no enforcement and poor security. The new resident portal has outsourced the rent payments to an outside company, and the service request function no longer exists on the portal. Pretty much impossible to get a response from the office unless you go in to the office in-person. Not even remotely worth the price, which is set by a price-gouging software that the office has no control over.

Nel is by far a great Supervisor and rep for M&S . He listens to request and talks to you not at you or down to you . He shows class and professionalism. I had a list of things upon my move-in and meeting him and speaking with him I am well assured and content . I feel as though he can accomplish and task given to him. I’ve had a great experience living at Main & Stone — the community is welcoming, the environment is clean and quiet, and the people are incredibly friendly. The leasing agents are always responsive and helpful, especially Sabrina, who’s been amazing throughout the whole process. She’s friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile to help. Highly recommend this place!

I had the perfect experience walking the property with Sabrina. I came in without an appointment and she took time to gave me the best comprehensive tour of the community and the availability. Highest marks.
