Main & Clay Apartments

We LOVED living in this apartment complex. First and foremost, the quality and thoughtfulness of the design of each unit is exceptional. My husband and I lived in a 1/1 but had enough space and natural light to feel open. Our view was incredible. The pool was well kept. The front office staff were so kind and personable. They always knew our names and our pets. It’s a great location and the natural sunlight was to die for. We have been gone for five years now, but we still can say out of all the apartments we lived in in our twenties (7 to be exact), this was by far our favorite. Many of the design features we incorporated into our home. You will be happy here!

Love it at Main & Clay - I have lived at several 'luxury' new apartment complexes across the country as my girlfriend and I move a lot for our work... I can safely say this is the nicest one. Unit is very big for the price, never had any issues with maintenance. Most importantly the Leasing/Management staff is awesome - they have been very nice and always helpful. Walkable to everything in Nulu with more shops/restaurants continuously being built.

I’ve been so happy living here. Kaitlyn, Robeij, Jay, and Kaysa have all been incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful—always quick to answer even the smallest questions and requests, making my stay at Main and Clay truly fabulous. The staff overall is super friendly, and the amenities really make living here a great experience

I left this apartment complex over a year ago due to management renting out apartments AIRBNB and allowing anyone to use the amenities. There was a man who did not live on the property who stalked my sons and I the whole time we lived here. Everytime I exited my apartment he was iin the hallways following us. I did not know his name and had no affiliation with him. He used the gym and often sat in clubhouse. He was in in the clubhouse one day and admitted to everyone in there that he did not live at the complex and looked directly at me and told me he knew my age and that I was going to be 43 in January. I never spoke to anyone at that complex and googled myself and my bday is posted nowhere online. He was able to ask the management team at the complex my age, and they told him!! What e

I really liked my apartment with the nice view. I was able to Watch thunder from my balcony. The staff are very nice and helpful. The only thing I can complain about was the packaging room but in overall it was a nice place to live. Location is good and the gym and club room are very nice.
