Magnolia Run

I love living here with the exception of my upstairs neighbors. The community is in a great school district as I have a 21 yr old who went to Brandon Middle and Tallwood High, a 16 yr old that is currently at Tallwood High and an 8 yr old that attends Centerville Elementary! The close proximity to parks is also pretty great. I also like the fact that we have wheelchair sidewalks in and around the community that make navigating with a 2 yr old in a stroller ideal. Maintenance could do a better job picking up trash but at some put residients have to take pride in their own community and help by cleaning up after themselves. I love that we have valet trash but my husband and I normally just take out trash to the dumpster that is really close by. The staff makes sure to do a community event o

I'm not sure about the other residents but these ladies are awesome at their jobs and are not paid enough to baby sit grown people.... I absolutely LOVE Ms Tasha and Ms. Sharon. I know for a fact that Tasha went out of her way to double and triple check that our apartment was exactly what we needed and wanted down to the washer/dryer. I truly feel like a valued member of the community. Now my neighbors, that's something completely different my upstairs neighbors sound like a herd of elephants but I'm understanding enough to know that it isn't mgmt's fault. They did send a notice out but mgmt isn't to blame for lack of decency among neighbors.

Floors weren’t clean upon move in (things stuck on the floor I had to scrape out). Very dusty (chunks of dust) in the closet where the gas tank is. Too over a week for maintenance to fix the switch for the fireplace even after putting in a request and speaking to someone at the leasing office. For a nice community I expected the apartment to be clean upon move in. Other than that, everything is great. The loft app is easy to navigate. Tenants are nice and respectful. Community activities/amenities is a plus.

The app is a dumpster fire and management leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunate, because the properties were fairly nice and the maintenance crew has been top notch. Management stretches them incredibly thin, they deserve raises and help. Neighbors were respectful and typically very friendly too, the fight for parking is pretty wild though.

The staff especially Tasha and Sharon at Magnolia Run Apartments was super helpful with my move, keeping me informed along the way, they put in all new carpet in my unit. They were super quick with the repairs I needed done and the maintenance staff were super helpful and friendly, shoutout to George and crew.
