Magnolia Park

These apartments are the worst of the worst..management is never on site until the first to collect the overpriced rent. There are absolutely NO amenities and no washer and dryer hookup in units but they constantly raise your rent whenever they feel like it. The place is roach infested and they are well aware but act as if they have no knowledge of it. They don’t have a real maintenance team it’s random men that they know(most look like they was just released from prison) that will come in on random occasions and change your air filters..they have the Hispanic men that reside there to do there maintenance..the place is just completely outdated and ran down..needs to be condemned

I will have to say the management here is fast to helpful with any issues on the property promptly. I love the manager Kristy! It may not have been a first choice but a place was available to me when I needed it most for me and my family. As for any other negative posts in regards to a certain neighbor I can be the first to assure you, since he is directly across from me, he has been one of the nicest neighbors of all I have encountered along with his very nice girlfriend and there adorable little boy. I feel he is in no way a threat to anyone who lives here.

This apartment unit has its ups and downs Not my first second or third choice for housing I’m just thankful for the short term lease and the option to move out in 6 months. Management has a bad attitude and I’d hardly ever on the property. If getting into these homes is this easy you have to ask yourself why?

Kept my $500 holding deposit without me even moving in, and actually finding a better place to live that was WAY CHEAPER than these apartments that they are extremely overcharging for! Ridiculous, I am already in contact with the owner of the property and the BBB! Move somewhere else!

These apartments are too dated for the amt of rent they charge with no real amenities. The parking lots are extremely dark at night and I dont feel safe going out late.
