Magnolia Chase Apartments

"luxury" in name only. Lived there two years, and first couple months it was nice, I didn't mind the water damage warped kitchen at first. Until it Took 6 months of no ac for them to finally replace during my first year. Broken dryer that would burn clothes, but they said it's fine and wouldn't repair. They cut a hole in the dry wall to fix a shower leak and left the hole even after I moved out. Torn up carpet in the common areas for over a year with no fix. Yes like others say, the dog poop, aggressive breeds, and lack of safety are a major issue as well. They do not have a courtesy officer as listed on their phone menu, just call the police. Aggressive and unstable residence live here, be aware for your family. Turn over in staff happens frequently so concerns are rarely followed up on.

I wanted to love this place. The first impressions were great, from staff to the apartments themselves; but after the first month or so it's all downhill. There is no reasonable response time for most issues you might have. We went about 3 months without a dishwasher despite calling regularly. When its time to renew, get ready to pay $1,000 above your current monthly rent only to become more realistic when everyone starts moving out. The office staff is hit or miss. I've had pleasant conversations, but then again I've been told to "kick rocks" when I bring up issues in person. The included internet isn't all that valuable, im currently paying $55/mo for gig speed internet access at my new apartment where this complex forces you to stick with their provider at $85/mo. Update: They’ve been deleting reviews so that says a lot. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a total joke. The entire staff is extremely rude and couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. Don’t even listen to the Ashley manager who claims she wants to help, it’s all a lie. The apartments are way too outdated to be charging what they do. Not to mention they tag on ridiculous fees every month with no explanation. The appliances barely work and if you have a work order have fun waiting 3 months for it to be completed. They do random inspections that are a complete invasion of privacy since they just let themselves in. The parking is terrible. The amenities are awful. The trash never gets picked up. All the staff at Magnolia Chase are amazing! My family and I are very pleased with the service and attention we have received from day one. In addition, it is a great place to live and relax. Highly recommend 😃

RUN AWAY FAST. Awful Awful place to live. They dont do anything about anything that happens here. Since new management, they do inspections about every 3 months now with 2 days notice. They say its for the fire marshal, or bank lender, or routine, but it's not. In the past year we have gotten 4 notifications of "randon inspections of 5 units". One of them everyone had to just allow someone to come in over a 3 day period at any time, so good luck if you have a pet. They just let themselves in, didn't even knock. Wr were not home but our camera picked up they just came in. They have a very high turn over in employees, so nobody seems to know what is up. There is a bad roach problem.
