Lisa E. Is a really wannabe phone gangster. She’s only disgusting rude bcos she on the phone. Most of the employees lacks professionalism, and respect. The ac don’t work more than it does work. They like to disrupt your peace with always coming in the apartment. I have lived in plenty apartment and this place was the absolute worst. If you need a place just forget about this place and go somewhere else. I wish I could give it a -5 stars but one star will have to do.

Editing to add that the lease was under my married name - Destiny Coley. And nothing was refunded until around 6-8 months after I moved out. I stand by what I said, work with a more professional company. Moved out December 1, 2018 with 3 months notice. Turned in the keys early. When I have called multiple times to check on the status of my deposit, I've been told they will call me back. It is now June 2019. Thinking they are hoping we will forget about it, and not know anything about state law. The last contact I made they said they didn't know we gave a deposit...I had to forward a copy of the lease agreement to them and still did not get a response after that. Lisa is very unprofessional..any time you call about something she's very rude and hangs up before you can even finish talking. I moved out recently and I was expecting a package. I literally called and just wanted to know if someone moved into the apartment bc FedEx said they lefted it on the front door..I was hoping maybe maintenance picked it up or something. Her rude response was we notified the mailman you moved out. I said ok , but how did u notify FedEx bc that is who delivered it. Instead of just saying let me check with maintenance. She's like well you need to contact them and get a refund bc we don't have any reason to touch your mail. Lady really? Well if maintenance knows no one lives there yeah they walk around all of the time..I'm sure he's got it. And she just hangs up..PO

Rent raised 3 times since we lived here. no Grass by patios all mud! Gravel parking instead of paved, no storage, had to get rid of grill and patio furniture, no mulch or flowers and pay $830. But wait they did put grills in by the playground that you have to walk with your food, grilling utensils and Cary everything back and forth to your apartment. If I wanted to do that I would go to the city park.To bad we can’t post pics so you could see our patio area with all the mud and no grass and what little grass we have they don’t mow on a regular basis!

It’s always this person or that person doesn’t live there but our family and friends do and why would they complain just so you can come up with an excuse to kick them out plus it’s a couple empty units there right now and if you guys have a waiting list then why do the units stay empty so long ……who would like gravel over a a paved lot smh
