Hannah, the new manager is AMAZING! She’s very professional and nice and I am very excited to see what changes she will add to this property. She’s very honest and make sure that the requests and issues I have are fixed. I stopped by the office to get an update on a work repair I had requested. I met Maria during my visit and she was very nice and professional. She made sure that I was taking care of right away. Thank you Maria and maintenance as well .

Hannah at the office is great. Me being old and not great with technology she took her time with reviewing my renewal lease with me and helping me sign it. Her patient is appreciate and I want to thank her.

Great community and place to call home. I have always been impressed by Dana and Rex. If you're looking for a place to call home, I would give Edgewood a shot.

I am a current resident that has been living at Edgewood Apartments for 9 years and counting. I recently transferred to a renovated apartment and I love it! I like the peace and quite and also like the office staff. Especially, Victor the property manager. Edgewood maintenance takes care of your repairs promptly and the maintenance guys are very friendly. My only concern here, are the dumpsters overflowing from other people dumping their trash that do not live here. Otherwise, I am very happy.

Caleb was extremely unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend this community. If I could give 0 stars I would. I applied to this community and was never advised of any further steps. I asked to withdraw my application and to be reimbursed for the holding fee. I verified my address with this rep and was advised I’ll receive a check. It’s been over a month and I was just advised today that my check was sent to an address that I never verified. Caleb denied to take accountability stating that it was “irrelevant” on how it happened and that he only wanted my address that I already confirmed. He went on to state that this job is just a job to him and that he will cancel my whole reimbursement. He refuses to provide me with the corporate number. Please stay far away from here
