I’ve had a great experience living at Madison Place Apartments for almost 9 years. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really shows how well the property is managed. Alisa, the property manager, is absolutely amazing—she’s friendly, professional, and always available when needed. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Communication is clear, and any concerns are addressed promptly. Overall, Madison Place Apartments offers a great living environment with excellent management. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run and welcoming place to live. Cris

It is 8:40 pm and the water is still off - it's been off since around 11 am. No updates whatsoever. A walk of the property shows no water company people at work for a water line leak, only 2 maintenance guys in front of guess who's building working on only God knows what. Water line leak, who knows? There are kids in this community, women with monthly cycles, men who work in warehouses who have been sweating all day. But that doesn't matter to property management as long as her apartment is good, and it doesn't matter to the management company as long as we pay our rent on time. I have been living here for a year. The property manager is so nice and understanding. She has been the best. When I put in work requests they are done in a timely manner. My questions are always answered promptly and swiftly. My apartment is nice and has had limited issues. I would recommend this place to anyone.

On December 3, 2025 , a maintenance worker entered my master bathroom to perform plumbing repairs. After he left, I discovered that he had smoked inside my apartment, and he left ashes throughout my bathroom cabinet, including on and inside my personal hygiene items.
