Madison Midtown Apartments

Lived here for a year and can say for the most part I enjoyed my time at Madison midtown! The staff was always nice and accommodating, anytime I had an issue they were quick to resolve it. I always felt safe at night thanks to the security guard they had plus gated parking. The only con was being in the apartment unit literally right next to the club. They are open 7 days a week until 2am so it was usually noisy every night unfortunately. I know they can’t control that of course. Would definitely recommend this complex to people(just not my old unit)!

Even though Madison Midtown is still under construction, Jonathan has already made me feel like part of the community. I truly appreciate all the helpful information and I’m excited for my personalized tour!

Madison Midtown is amazing! I have been living here since July and enjoyed everyday. Gen and Demarius are two of the nicest people you will ever meet! They both have been awesome helping me with any issues I've had. The apartments themselves are great as well. Kitchens are nice and the showers are really big. Would highly recommend trying to move in if you are looking for an apartment in midtown.

Madison Midtown Apartments is literally one of the best apartment in town. The complex has everything I need and the location is perfect. The application process was definitely easier compared to other apartments in Memphis and I love how all the staff members are always making sure we have everything we need. My lease agent DeMarius was so helpful and made my move in process really smooth. He is such a great and funny person and I always have a good time talking to him. Highly recommend.
