MacArthur Square Apartments

This will be my second year here, We decided to transfer units to a bigger space, which hasn’t been done a lot here. The apartment we switched to wasn’t cleaned/ready But Victoria and Lindsey they definitely went over and beyond to make everything work and be perfect for our move. This apartment complex has been nothing but good things! Good service! Very quick and efficient maintenance, very quiet neighbors, clean complex in general. Shout out to Victoria and Linsey for there amazing efforts!!! Also the thanking the leasing team for the confusing but smooth transfer!! Definitely recommend this apartment!

They ripped me off, for my half of the deposit and my half of the first months rent. Said I forfeited it, when I decided not to move in, about 7days prior. Rent too! And I have never even seen the apt or property also, and have never lived there! No heart

Great apartment for the price. Very spacious rooms and living area. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues you may have, and the office staff is friendly. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to grocery store.

This was the first place to actually view our application. Great place to rent and a good area to live too. Close to shopping all around and close to work as well. There is a great staff member who responds to emergencies quickly. All around, a great place.

We couldn’t have been happier moving from our home to McArthur Square Apartments. Our experience with Devon has been more than we expected. Devon was very efficient, professional, kind, always on time and an excellent listener. He answered all our questions and concerns and took exceptional care of us. It seems in the world we live in now, it’s hard to find someone that’s Honest, Caring and has Integrity. Devon has all these qualities. We give him ***** ++ stars. We can’t thank you enough Devon, you’ve made are experience easy and awesome.
