MAA Park Estate

Park Estates is the best. The office staff is always helpful. The grounds are always kept nicely. The property is quiet and more importantly, I feel safe. I absolutely love it here.

I stay in the one-bedroom 960 sq ft apartments. I enjoy living here; they are safe, comfortable, spacious, and have a wood fireplace, little balcony, and patio. The downside is that the walls are thin, some parts of the upstairs floors are creaky, and you can hear people moving next door.

Lived here for 15 years. The place is kept immaculate. Needed repairs are made quickly and correctly. Management and maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient. There are security cameras and one drive entrance is gated so criminals can't drive in one way and easily out another. The complex is in a great east Memphis neighborhood close to shopping and entertainment. I would wholeheartedly recommend living at the Park Estate Apartments to anyone!

This is an outstanding environment to live in! The neighbors, maintenance man (Zach) and office staff are incredible, Mrs Nina gets the job done and she’s a sweetheart, the customer service from the entire staff is 5 stars

Mr Zack is an amazing maintenance man. He is always on time and diligent. His work ethic is impeccable! He shows he cares by showing up and giving a 10/10 customer service experience every time when it comes to fixing anything we need him too.
