MAA Paddock Club

I must say I have lived there for 2 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The complex is very clean. Well kept. If I did not buy a home I would still be living in this complex. The maintenance staff is second to none. Always there when you need something. Great place to live. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've lived in a lot of apartments. Paddock Club, by far, has had the best office staff and maintenance that I've experienced. There's just the right blend of warmth and solutions. They care. My apartment here was also more affordable than other places in the area, so I was able to get a bigger place, and I'm close to a lot of businesses and the interstate. There's never a shortage of parking. I actually renewed my lease, and that's not something I've often done.

We have loved our time here. As we packed tonight we cried. Unfortunate employment events have led to our move. But we have loved it here so much. The residents, the staff. Its a wonderful place. By far the best apartment we have ever lived in. If you are considering it, it is beyond worth the money. It is very hard to find an apartment complex that feels like family. This is it <3

Paddock Club apartments is a wonderful place to live. It’s quiet. Clean environment. And many amenities that make it very comfortable. Management is very attentive. I’ve lived here for seven months.I’m very happy here.

I’ve lived in numerous apartment complexes and the paddock club is by far the best. The helpfulness of the office staff and the maintenance crew is world class.
