MAA Carrollwood

I genuinely love living here. It’s so quiet but so close to Dale Mabry, which has everything, and USF. 30 mins from downtown which isn’t always my fav… but it makes it worth it because we have so much of what feels like a backyard. The porch is oversized and amazing. Beautiful view. Kinda have a hike to the dumpster but everyone just puts it on their car to drive it over lol the pool is amazing but no one uses it much, even in season. I literally love living here and I’m so thankful!

Had to find an apartment after hurricane Milton. 3 air b&b’s until I found this complex a mile from my home. Elated! I’ve owned my home for almost 30 years but the move into the apartment was seamless. Everyone working there is so helpful. An issue comes up and someone is there to fix it almost immediately. They found out my husband died and the maintenance man told me to call him if I needed anything. My apartment was great I had to get used to a smaller kitchen but I had many closets throughout the apartment to put anything I needed. I was able to have a washer dryer. My view of the golf course was beautiful and serene. Everything I needed. I would highly recommend this complex.

This apartment complex is such a quiet, beautiful, and peaceful place to live! It’s tucked away in the perfect location in Carrollwood, conveniently close to everything! The property managers-Debbie and Awilda are both so personable and extremely pleasant to work with. Any time we have needed maintenance, one of the guys show always show up in a timely and professional manner. We honestly couldn’t be happier in another community and apartment complex. Thank you MAA Carrollwood for all that you do to keep us residents safe and happy! By the way BINGO was so much fun today!!

While I was shopping for an apartment in the Carrolwood area Awilda made the experience very wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful throughout the tour. The area and community are well kept and the two bedroom apartment she showed me was spacious and clean. Awilda's professionalism and warm attitude made a great impression.

Maintenance is extremely efficient, and always responds quicky whenever I submit a work order. They are usualy here within hours to complete the repairs.Most recently, I submitted a repuesto to have the batteries replaced in my smart lock, and Adrian completed the repair within 20 minutes.I truly appreciate the the fast response time and reliable service.
