Hey there. I have probably written 3 reviews in my entire life. I just wanted to say that my personal experience with Ma Properties was great. They were very kind people, respnded anytime i needed something, Maintenance guy was great. Helpful and treated me like a human. Would rent with them again!
Ma Properties was great to work with! They're a very kind and responsive team. Any time I had a maintenance issue they were very quick to resolve it. I highly recommend working with Ma Properties! Awesome experience.
Had the worst experience renting from them. Ended up having to take them to small claims court and won both the initial ruling and their appeal. Very greed and shady people. Avoid at all costs.
When they bought our building everything went south. Greedy landlords and super underhanded.
